How Bizzare Photos handles your information

Bizzare Photos ("we") is a photography business. We use felyx-photos to run our booking site, take payments and deliver your photos.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone, the address or details of your shoot, your answers to our booking questions, messages you send us, your signed agreement and its signature record, and your payment history. Your card is handled by Stripe; we never see the full number.

Why

To book and carry out your shoot, take payment (including automatic payments if you choose them), deliver your photos, and keep records we are required to keep.

Who sees it

Our team, and the service providers that run our booking site: felyx-photos and its providers (Stripe for payments, Backblaze for photo storage, and hosting and email providers). We do not sell your information.

Your photos

We store your photos privately and share them only with you, unless you agree otherwise. We may show selected photos as examples of our work, as described in your agreement; ask us any time to exclude yours.

How long

Signed agreements and payment records: 7 years. Photos: as stated in your agreement. Messages: while our account with felyx-photos is active.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by messaging us from your account or emailing mike.solis817@gmail.com. Some records must be kept for the periods above.
